No Show and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that our establishment operates under a strict no refund policy for cancellations and no shows. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation or no show.

2. Deposit Requirement for Bookings Over £200: For bookings with a total amount exceeding £200, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of the appointment.

3. Cancellation and No Show Charges: a. Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Clients who cancel their reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of the total booking amount. b. No Show: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

4. Process for Cancellations: a. Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your reservation, kindly provide us with a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. b. Cancellation Channels: Cancellation notices can be submitted through the provided communication channels (phone, email, etc.).

5. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation falls under extenuating circumstances (such as a medical emergency or unavoidable event), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case on an individual basis and may consider waiving or adjusting cancellation charges if adequate documentation is provided.

6. Booking Modifications: a. Date/Time Changes: If you need to reschedule your appointment to a different date or time, please notify us at least 48 hours before the original booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request without incurring any charges. b. Modification Charges: Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Responsibility to Inform: It is the client's responsibility to inform us about any changes or cancellations in a timely manner to avoid charges. Lack of communication regarding changes will not exempt clients from the applicable cancellation fees.

8. Acceptance of Policy: By confirming your reservation and making the required deposit or payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our no refund policy, the deposit requirement for bookings over £200, and the associated cancellation charges outlined in this policy.

9. All bookings not made in person will be confirmed in writing in E format.
