No Surprises, Just Great Hair!
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings:
1. No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
2. Deposit Requirement for Bookings Over £200
A 50% deposit is required for bookings exceeding £200. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Charges
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Notice Period – To avoid charges, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
How to Cancel – Contact me via phone or email to request a cancellation or reschedule.
5. Extenuating Circumstances
I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience unforeseen circumstances (such as a medical emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and I may adjust cancellation fees at my discretion if valid documentation is provided.
6. Rescheduling & Booking Modifications
Changes made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated where possible, free of charge.
Modifications within 48 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any cancellations or changes in a timely manner. Failure to do so will not exempt you from cancellation charges.
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By confirming your booking and making a deposit or payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
9. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made remotely will be confirmed in writing via email.
